Sales Tax:
California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax. These tax rates are subject to change as applicable.
Shipping:
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt (not including weekends). All outgoing orders will be shipped by either FEDEx ground or U.S.P.S. priority mail at our discretion, unless special instructions are provided. Please note that we require a street address for all shipments - no P.O. Boxes please.
The delivery of your order may take from one to seven business days, or more depending on your location. Shipping on or near holidays may also add time to delivery.
We endeavor to keep all of our items in stock and ready to ship, however, inventory on hand may vary. All items ordered may not be available. If an item is out of stock it will be backordered.
Backorders:
All merchandise is shipped directly from our West Coast warehouse. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will automatically backorder it, and notify you via telephone or e-mail when it is in stock. At that time, you can decide if you would like to have that item shipped to you when it is in stock, or you may request that we cancel your order.
U.S. Shipping Charges:
Orders over $150 wil ship free of charge FedEx ground.

Returns:
All items may be returned for an exchange or replacement, provided they are done so within 15 days of receipt and returned in their original, saleable packaging. Please call our customer service department at (949)369-6603 to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. This will help us properly credit your return. When sending back shipments, return freight charges are the customer's responsibility and non-reimbursable (unless of course it was our error). No merchandise returned after 15 days will be accepted unless goods are defective or shipped in error. All returns are subject to an inspection upon return. In case of defective merchandise we reserve the right to credit or replace that item at our discretion.
Damaged Goods:
Products damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier. You are advised to save all packing lists, shipping cartons, and packing material until you have contacted the carrier. We will do everything possible to speed the process to get you a replacement or credit.
Shortages:
All credits and claims for shortages must be reported to our customer service department within one business day. Before calling, make sure you open and thoroughly inspect all cartons and packing materials and tell us how many cartons you received. Also, please make sure you count the amount of packages you receive before you sign for them.
